We were asked by the always ever so lovely Agency Music to create a poster for their new exciting project for Illustration and design students.

Cross Town Static

Cross Town Static is a brand new club night that is opening up in West Londons premier venue Under the Bridge and will be showcasing some of the coolest new bands each month. We were asked to come up with branding and identity for the club and each month we will be creating a new design to collect and keep.
The launch night sees The History Of Apple Pie start things off. More photos to come.

Sound Of Fear

Sound and Music got in touch to ask us to brand one of their nights at the new Vision Sound and Music festival – at the Southbank, London. The night was called Sound Of Fear and featured many famous horror composers creating a host of sounds and chats for your delight.

Awesome Merch VS Poster Roast

Over at our Poster Roast HQ we have been managing a quite literally ‘awesome’ project involving Awesome Merch. Each month a different Poster Roaster will be creating a poster that will then be printed onto tshirts and a poster will also be sent out with evey order Awesome Merch have that specific month…the theme of the poster has to be what you think is ‘Awesome’..and quite frankly we couldnt resist drawing an awesome cat party!

Cook Summer

Our pals Cook wanted to create some visuals for their summer range and fold out flier. We came up with a summer logo which was then used within all their store windows, and we also illustrated some bits and bobs for their summer flier..Go check out the tasty foods!

Richie Jackson

Flower Children got in touch wanting us to design a store front for the legendary pro skater Richie Jackson. Not only can this man pulls of the moves on a skateboard, he also has a very pleasing tash to boot!

Ley Lines Festival

We created a brand spanking new logo for the brand spanking new festival ‘Ley Lines’ based in Oxford! Looks rather Splendid!

The Joy of Ex Foundation

A few month ago we were contacted by a lovely lady called Sally Beerworth – she wanted us to help her brand the new charity she was setting up called ‘The Joy of Ex’ – Its aim was to sell lots of funny items that were guaranteed to make you smile – in return they would help try and pay off any unwanted fees from bad break ups, divorces etc. We came up with the logo which had the cheeky edge of being a tissue box with a heart poking out the top – we then worked up a selection of merchandise for Sally, which she writes all the copy for…the products needed to be simple to really let the copy do the talking…we then designed the website and online store, which was all put together by clever web men Little Red Letter..Go check out the store! many more products to come..

Lists – Sauna Youth

Sauna Youth recntly put out a 7 inch record, entitled ‘Lists’. As part of the records release, and to work towards part of the packaging, they asked several different artists to come up with an A3 poster design based around the term ‘Lists’. These posters were all exhibited together at the Magnum Opus gallery in Brighton. More information can be read here.

‘One Pot’ packaging for COOK!

We worked with Love Creative, Manchester, to come up with illustrated packaging for Cook’s new range ‘One Pot’. The packaging mimics a small pot, wrapped around the ready meal of which sits inside. Here you can see examples of the llustrations used within point of sales materials. The One Pot is launched in June and we will have photos of the final packaging then.

Beach Creep Branding

Beach Creep is a brand new all encompassing weekly party, featuring discerning djs and sporadic live performances held at the Shacklewell Arms every Friday.
We were asked to develop ideas for the logo and weekly flier for the night. The guys behind it know how to throw a party so make sure you get your good selves down there.

Poster campaign for Manchester City
-
We were asked to be involved in Musics project, ‘The Big 4′. They asked 4 different illustrators to design a poster campaign around the 4 large match fixtures of the season for Manchester City. We were given Man City vs Chelsea and the player they chose to use for the campaign was Sean Wright Phillips.
The campaign was plastered all around Manchester..on pretty massive buildings! It was also featured on and in: Sky Sports News, Match of the Day, Design week and The Drum.

In 2009 Alex spent a month in The Frontroom Cambridge…using it as a giant sketchbook..the result was along the lines of a childrens nightmare…in pastel tones.

Know your onions

The lovely chaps over at The District asked us to illustrate various different onions for a quirky poster campaign! We also had some help coming up with the copy..but the incredible typography was hand drawn buy Mr Matthew Walkerdine!

Those northern scallies Pulled Apart by Horses, asked various illustrators/artists/madmen to design a page for their new albums record sleeve…each page would be dedicated to a specific song off the album..the only brief was that the lyrics had to be involved somehow and that only 3 certain colours could be used…chuffed to of been part of such a bunch of talent.

Logo for Australian based clothing company Lonely Kids Club. We designed something that could be used on either the male or female clothing labels etc..also it incorporated the kids aspect nicely.

Design for Tellisons 7 inch single of ‘Gallery’. This record cover design was selected to be exhibited within ‘Spin’ exhibition at The University of the Arts, London.
